Shipping policy
- We are responsible for your order until it is marked delivered by the carrier. Once marked delivered and you cannot locate your package then you must follow up with your local USPS or UPS with a tracking number to locate the package and/or file a claim.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked delivered. Please ensure you use a safe location to receive your order. If you experience theft of packages regularly consider using a parcel or work location.
- In the event your package is marked delivered and you cannot locate it, contact your shipping provider with your tracking info first, they can trace it for you. If they cannot find it then you can file a claim with them.
- In the event the package is not marked delivered by the shipping service and is unlocated, use your tracking number to locate or see the status of the package. If expected delivery is pending or undeliverable or returned it is generally noted. In some instances the shipper may misplace a package. If they lose or misplace a package and it has not been delivered, then we will replace the order and file a claim on our behalf. Process may take from up to 10 days.
